Why am I being upgraded to the new iwantmyname?
You've been selected to be among the first to experience the new platform, as your domain portfolio is perfectly suited to benefit from the exciting new features we’ll be introducing. 
 
What's the difference between the old iwantmyname and the upgraded iwantmyname?
We've not only refreshed our look but also completed a comprehensive upgrade of the systems essential to our customers' success. These improvements are designed to make managing your domains simpler and more intuitive. 
 
Does the upgraded iwantmyname provide the same products and services as the old iwantmyname?
The new iwantmyname website offers everything you need to purchase and manage your domains. Some products may differ slightly from before, if you notice anything essential missing, let us know—this early access is your chance to help shape the future of your iwantmyname experience. 
 
What happened to the old platform? 
We’re upgrading iwantmyname to build a website and dashboard tailored to your needs, offering the best experience and tools possible. The old platform still exists but we will gradually be moving all iwantmyname customers to the new one and sunsetting the old platform. 
 
I don’t like the new website and dashboard. What do I do?
We’ve put significant energy into building a platform which supports bulk actions, simplifies the order process and provides an excellent domain search ability. It might feel a little jarring initially, we know, but we can assure you that none of the important features you’ve come to love will be going away. 
 
Can I choose to not upgrade to the new platform?
The old iwantmyname platform will be shutting down soon, and all customers will need to transition to the new platform. 
 
How do I access my iwantmyname account? 
When you are upgraded to the new iwantmyname, you’ll receive an email telling you that your new iwantmyname account is active. Go to https://iwantmyname.com/#login Then use the log in option in the top right. This email will be sent to the primary email address you use at iwantmyname. If you think you should have received it, but haven’t, get in contact with support at help@support.iwantmyname.com
 
Do I need to do anything?
No action is required on your part. As part of your account upgrade, all your domains will automatically be available on the new platform, where you can easily access and manage them. If you haven’t received any upgrade details yet, don’t worry. We’re migrating users in batches and will notify you via the email address linked to your account when it’s your turn to upgrade.
